Hayagriva came into existence in Dec 2005., However the promoter of Hayagriva has been actively providing financial consultancy services for a number of small and medium corporates since 2001.

The other group concern is G.S.Associates, a proprietorship concern of the promoter that offers similar services as Hayagriva.

Some of the assignments successfully completed in the last few years and those under progress are:

 Raised long-term debt financing as well as short-term trade/working capital financing of over INR 3000m for various client companies/firms.

 Raised USD 25m for a IT company by privately placing foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) to overseas investors.

 Advised an International Courier company based at Chennai, in the areas of Financial Budgeting and Control and Organizational Systems.

 Provided financial advisory services for a property development company based at Chennai.

 Currently working on raising equity for a property development company.

 Prepared feasibility studies for a variety of projects.

 Carried out debt restructuring for a leather products manufacturing company, an automotive component manufacturing unit and an electronic products      manufacturing unit.
